Please describe your occupation:
I work full-time as a Software Product Consultant in the Stock Plan/Finance industry. My weekend passion project, BigBootyFoody, allows me to indulge in Arizona cuisine and showcase Arizona events by teaming up with restaurants and other foodies.
Why did you go into that industry?
I got into the stock plan industry because I am great with numbers, technology and finance.
BigBootyFoody started as an Instagram handle to post delicious food back in 2016. It took on a personality of its own and now I get to spend my weekends promoting and exploring Arizona businesses!
What made you want to be apart of Arizona Foothills Magazine’s Most Eligible Phoenicians 2021?
I am looking for love and Arizona Foothills Magazine has the best readers!
Are you an Arizona native? If not, when and why did you move to Arizona?
I am not! I was born and raised on a Pumpkin Farm in Wisconsin and was relocated to Arizona about 7 years ago.
What is your favorite aspect of Arizona?
The weather, of course, there is no shortage of fun activities going on year-round. I enjoy doing outdoor activities such as 4-wheeling, shooting ranges, off-roading, jetskiing, axe throwing, relaxing poolside, boating, and attending all of the festivals.
Have you ever been married in the past? Would you want to get married/remarried?
My marital status has always been single. I hope to attract the right man and eventually get married one day.
Do you have any children? Would you like to have children?
I adore children, and one day hope to be a mother! I am also open to adding furry friends to the mix!

Aquarius, I am independent, intelligent and loyal.
Would you describe yourself as more of an extrovert or introvert? Or a little bit of both?
BOTH. I am very outgoing and social. However, I do cherish my alone time. I enjoy nights in watching movies or game nights!
You have the weekend off, and no work needs to be done. What are you doing?
You will typically catch me cooking up a huge dinner for family, friends, & neighbors. I take pleasure in hosting and planning big dinners.
Where was your favorite place you have ever visited? Where do you want to go next?
Hawaii was a blast! My friends and I traveled around Oahu checking out all the local spots. My next plan is to go to Italy. I have been studying Italian for a couple of years now. Ciao Bello!
Favorite movie? Why?
A Rom-Com called Crazy. Stupid. Love. I love watching Emma and Ryan’s dynamic whatever they are in! I love the whole Marvel franchise as well.
What kind of music is your favorite? Do you have a favorite artist?
My tastes go from country to 2000s rap to Top 40 to oldies. Whatever music boosts my mood and allows me to dance around and shake my booty.
Favorite food and favorite restaurant? Why?
OMG, can you really ask a Foodie this? Filet at Steak 44, carne asada tacos at Barrio Queen, all the pizza at Il Bosco’s, wings at Zipps, and espresso gelato at Cool Gelato.
Where is your favorite place to grab a cocktail?
It is a toss-up between Porter’s and SumoMaya. It depends on if I am in the mood for a Dirty Shirley or a Prosecco!
If you were to take another MEP selectee on a date, where would you take them and why?
BYOB, grab some tacos to go and go ax throwing. I don’t mind a little friendly competition if anyone is up for the challenge!
Tell us something that many people may not know about you:
Many of my neighbors call me ‘The Mayor’ I’ve lived in my complex for almost 6 years now and try to meet everyone. I am the welcome community for most and I like to get everyone together either at the pool or go out with a group on the weekends.
