Foundress Fridays: Haley Patterson, Professional Implementer of EOS

Meet Haley Patterson, a professional implementer at Entrepreneurial Operating System, also known as EOS.

Haley helps turn dreams into actions for entrepreneurs and their teams. She focuses on six key components of business that need to be managed and strengthened to continue a company’s growth.

EOS has proven ways to grow a business, even when they think they’ve already reached the top. Haley works to implement the steps and get to the root of any company problems.

“So often businesses feel like they’ve hit a ceiling and are unsure how to break through to get to the next level – I work with leadership teams to solve root problems, lead more effectively, and gain traction in their businesses through a simple, proven operating system.”

AZF: What is your “life motto?”

HP: Vision without action is a daydream.

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?

HP: “Entrepreneur” just runs in some peoples’ blood. I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and I never considered a different path. I am so fortunate to have had some pretty amazing role models in my life, and I hope to be the same for my daughter.

AZF: How do you feel best supported?

HP: We live in a busy world with lots of distractions. Being present and in the moment is how I feel best supported.

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?

HP: If it was easy, everyone would do it! The life of an entrepreneur is very much a roller coaster ride. Keeping focused on goals, always looking forward and staying connected to a supportive community are great ways to maintain motivation. (I’m also a huge fan of roller coasters, so that helps!)

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.

HP: Spending time outside as a family, coffee in hand.

AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?

HP: It takes a lot of courage to make that entrepreneurial leap of faith in yourself, so give yourself credit for actually taking action. Put your blinders on and stay focused on what you set out to do. Not everyone will understand the risk you took but that won’t matter when you have the reward of working your butt off and living the life you’ve always dreamed of.

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?

HP: What excites me the most about being an entrepreneur is waking up every day doing something that I love, with people that I love, and making a difference in the lives of others along the way.
