A typical day in my life includes… A Flat White with raw whole milk, a morning podcast while walking Bridget Jones, a workout at the Village Camelback, infrared sauna, a full day in the clinic seeing patients at Med 44, dinner with my kids, or girlfriends. Online shopping, Bravo, and dark chocolate if I’m lucky!
I was born… in Wisconsin!
My favorite thing about Arizona… Clear blue skies, our beautiful Arcadia neighborhoods, driving into the mountains, and sunsets like no other.
I’m listening to… In the clinic we listen to a French Parisian playlist I curated to relax patients during treatments (on Spotify search for the Med 44 Arcadia playlist). In the weight room, a Post Malone or a Cardi B station! Podcasts I’m loving right now … Diary of a CEO, Juicy Scoop, Jeff Lewis, Ed Mylett!
My family… are my biggest fans!
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Elon Musk.
One thing I cannot live without… Conversations with my kids! We talk about everything. There is nothing more important to me than being a mom and making sure my kids know they can come to me, no matter what. Safe, silly, and heartfelt conversations with kids are everything to me!
When I was younger, I wanted to be… A hairstylist, a basketball player, a fashion designer, and then a nurse just like my beloved Aunt Karen.
I’m inspired by… People who come back from trauma, setbacks, and hard circumstances.
The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… Nurses, Moms, Teachers, Caregivers.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… The mental health, addiction, and homelessness epidemic in this country. Heartbreaking.
The perfect day would be… Spending the day with my family, at home or the cabin. A home full of family, love, and connection is everything to me! Cooking in the kitchen together, playing board games, nature, campfires, and laughter.
My first job was… Feeding baby calves, milking cows, picking rock, and baling hay on our dairy farm.
My favorite escape… Close by – Flagstaff!
My life… is so blessed!
I’m currently working on… Golf & tennis lessons, cold plunging, and exploring new hobbies. I’ve been a workaholic for most of my life, so I’m in a season of trying to find balance and love!

Holly Mueller is the founder and owner of Med 44 in Arcadia. She is a Registered Nurse (BSN), Certified Cosmetic Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician. In addition to her medical aesthetic credentials, Holly has a bachelor’s in nutrition and a Master of Public Health. She loves to holistically educate her patients on anti-aging through good nutrition, wellness and effective medical aesthetic treatments.
