waking up to walk my two chihuahuas Pancake and Prince and going for a run in the morning now that it has finally cooled off. exfoliate and wear SPF. I personally like tinted sunscreen and I exfoliate EVERYDAY.

workout with makeup. EVER. Your skin needs to breathe when you work out. If you have anything blocking your pores from releasing sweat, you can actually cause acne.
