A typical ​day​ ​in my​ ​life includes…​

​my​ ​alarm​ ​goes​ ​off,​ ​our​ ​dog​ ​Bella​ ​(yellow​ ​lab)​ ​jumps​ ​on​ ​the​ ​bed​ ​to​ ​say​ ​hello.​ ​Bella loves​ ​to​ ​greet​ ​her​ ​humans.​ ​We​ ​head​ ​into​ ​my​ ​daughter’s​ ​room​ ​for​ ​a​ ​quick​ ​cuddle.​ ​Then​ ​it’s​ ​a​ ​mad dash​ ​between​ ​my​ ​husband​ ​and​ ​I​ ​getting​ ​our​ ​daughter​ ​ready​ ​and​ ​out​ ​the​ ​door​ ​for​ ​school.​ ​My​ ​day varies​ ​depending​ ​on​ ​the​ ​schedule.​ ​I​ ​could​ ​be​ ​heading​ ​to​ ​a​ ​meeting,​ ​soliciting,​ ​interviewing​ ​a​ ​new therapist,​ ​or​ ​in​ ​the​ ​office​ ​catching​ ​up​ ​with​ ​the​ ​team.​ ​I​ ​always​ ​have​ ​the​ ​gym​ ​bag​ ​in​ ​my​ ​car.​ ​In between​ ​the​ ​meetings​ ​I​ ​head​ ​to​ ​the​ ​gym​ ​for​ ​a​ ​workout,​ ​run,​ ​bike​ ​or​ ​swim;​ ​health​ ​is​ ​a​ ​priority​ ​for me!​ ​Depending​ ​on​ ​the​ ​day​ ​I​ ​pick​ ​up​ ​my​ ​daughter​ ​from​ ​school​ ​or​ ​sneak​ ​home​ ​for​ ​dinner​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​my husband​ ​and​ ​daughter​ ​for​ ​a​ ​quick​ ​bite.​ ​Then​ ​off​ ​to​ ​my​ ​clients.​ ​After​ ​all,​ ​ ​I​ ​am​ ​still​ ​a​ ​massage therapist.​ ​It’s​ ​part​ ​of​ ​what​ ​inspired​ ​me​ ​to​ ​start​ ​this​ ​company.

I​ ​was​ ​born…​

​in​ ​San​ ​Diego,​ ​California.​ ​I​ ​will​ ​always​ ​be​ ​a​ ​California​ ​girl​ ​at​ ​heart​ ​even​ ​though​ ​we​ ​love living​ ​in​ ​Arizona.

My​ ​favorite​ ​thing​ ​about​ ​Arizona…​

​is​ ​the​ ​hiking.​ ​My​ ​husband​ ​is​ ​an​ ​avid​ ​hiker,​ ​and​ ​our​ ​favorite​ ​local hike​ ​is​ ​Camelback​ ​Echo​ ​trail.​ ​Our​ ​daughter​ ​made​ ​it​ ​to​ ​the​ ​top​ ​on​ ​Thanksgiving​ ​when​ ​she​ ​was​ ​five years​ ​old.​ ​It​ ​was​ ​her​ ​first​ ​mountain​ ​she​ ​conquered.​ ​It​ ​holds​ ​a​ ​special​ ​place​ ​in​ ​our​ ​heart.​ ​We​ ​pop in/out​ ​of​ ​the​ ​little​ ​caves​ ​off​ ​the​ ​trail.

I’m​ ​listening​ ​to…​

​Lindsey​ ​Stirling,​ ​my​ ​favorite​ ​instrument​ ​is​ ​the​ ​violin,​ ​although​ ​I​ ​enjoy​ ​a​ ​wide variety​ ​of​ ​music.​ ​I​ ​can​ ​be​ ​caught​ ​dancing​ ​in​ ​my​ ​kitchen​ ​to​ ​Latin​ ​music​ ​or​ ​doing​ ​ballet​ ​with​ ​my daughter​ ​in​ ​our​ ​living​ ​room.​ ​If​ ​we​ ​are​ ​out,​ ​I​ ​never​ ​leave​ ​the​ ​dance​ ​floor.

My​ ​family…​

​is​ ​my​ ​heart​ ​and​ ​joy!

If​ ​I​ ​could​ ​have​ ​dinner​ ​with​ ​anyone,​ ​it​ ​would​ ​be…​

​my​ ​grandmother.​ ​She​ ​past​ ​away​ ​when​ ​I​ ​was​ ​young.​ ​A night​ ​with​ ​my​ ​grandmother,​ ​mother,​ ​and​ ​daughter​ ​cooking​ ​together​ ​would​ ​be​ ​priceless.

One​ ​thing​ ​I​ ​cannot​ ​live​ ​without…​

m​y​ ​daughter!​ ​She​ ​is​ ​my​ ​purpose​ ​to​ ​making​ ​the​ ​world​ ​a​ ​better place.​ ​I​ ​am​ ​inspired​ ​to​ ​show​ ​her​ ​the​ ​importance​ ​of​ ​helping​ ​others.​ ​We​ ​grow​ ​from​ ​serving.
