The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood
Opening Summer 2019
Situated just one block south of Sunset Blvd., the new Godfrey Hotel will channel the glam of Hollywood with the laidback vibe of SoCal. Think clean, contemporary rooms with touches of gold and views of the bustling city. A rooftop pool and lounge will be the daytime getaway on the seventh floor. Fairmont Century Plaza
Opening Mid-Late 2019
The new Fairmont is opening in a truly historic LA piece of real estate. The luxe hotel is taking over what used to be the Century Plaza Hotel which opened in 1966 on the former back lot of 20th Century Fox Studios. The large hotel will have 400 guest rooms available to book plus a rooftop swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, retail spaces, a 14,000-square-foot spa and multitude of food and beverage outlets. Its event spaces will offer nearly 24,000 square feet of options including the ballroom which has hosted iconic names like Bob Hope, Clark Gable, Muhammad Ali, Lucille Ball and many U.S. presidents, among others.

Thompson Hotel Hollywood
Opening Late 2019
The chic and vibrant Thompson brand is making its California debut this year with its newest property. Visitors can look forward to a design-forward hotel with 200 guest rooms, a world-class restaurant, pool deck, rooftop bar, and penthouse lounge.

Proper Hotel Downtown LA
Opening Summer 2019
Opening in a historic building on Broadway and 11th St, the new Proper Hotel will reopen in the former home of the L.A. Press Club and Case Hotel. Two unique presidential suites will be available to book, plus 148 guest rooms. Other amenities will include two restaurants; a fitness center; a rooftop area with a restaurant, pool and bar; and meeting and event space.

The Hoxton Downtown LA
Opening Spring 2019
The new Hoxton will please any theater buff with its heart-of-Broadway location. Nestled amongst the city’s oldest theaters, the building once served as the LA Railway Authority. When it reopens as the new chic 10-story hotel, guests will be able to enjoy glimpses of neon-lit Broadway from their rooms. Glam guest room details include chevron timber floors, bold accent walls, copper and brass finishings, marble surfaces and more.
