The 44-year-old property in Downtown Phoenix will soon debut a brand new look as it undergoes a complete overhaul.

Head-To-Toe New: From the lobby to the rooftop, the hotel is receiving a total interior and exterior renovation, complete with a bold, colorful southwest look.
Sweet Suites: Every room and suite has been renovated to feature new flooring, digital artwork, lighting and furnishings.
Rooftop Revamp: The third floor rooftop and pool area have received a major makeover including an expanded courtyard, perfect for events up to 200 guests.
New Brews and Bites: The new Barrel & Bushel form Chef Chelsea Cummings will debut, featuring a refined American comfort-style menu, extensive craft beer list, street-side patio and more.
For the ‘Gram: Barrel & Bushel’s open-sir seating along Adams and 2nd Streets will offer great people watching, plus the patio will feature a stunning mural great for photo ops.
On the Go: B&B Market will feature a full menu of ready-to-go pastries, sandwiches, salads and drinks, plus quick made-to-order dishes, coffee and more, perfect for those stopping in on their lunch break.
Modern Meetings: The hotel’s 15,000-sq.ft. atrium, ballroom and 26 meeting spaces, four of which are completely new, feature fresh accommodations, making it the Southwest’s premier meeting and events location.
