From the front double door entry, you’ll find the living room and dining room on each side. Then you’ll step into the expansive great room holding the family room and kitchen—all offering high-end touches, finishes and amenities.
Living Room
This large room offers contemporary furnishings, including a sofa sleeper and a 55” Smart TV with DirecTV service.
Family Room
Settle back into the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 70” Smart TV with DirecTV programming.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric stove and double ovens. You’ll also find stone counters and a large center island with seating for four. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee from the convenient coffee bar. You can also step outside to the private backyard from this area.

Pool heating is automatically charged October 1-May 31. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Grill up your favorites on the gas BBQ and enjoy the outdoor dining and seating options. You can also listen to your favorite music over the Bluetooth speakers. Or take in some practice shots on the putting green before your next tee time!
