Emily in Paris
Emily from the hit TV show “Emily in Paris” moves to Paris to start her work at a French marketing firm. In the show’s most recent season, she stays at the beautiful art Molitor Hotel. This gorgeous Art Deco hotel is the perfect tribute to Paris. In the scene, Emily and Mindy are seen lounging by the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool. The pool is also located in the city, providing the perfect setting for Emily and Mindy to sing in front of a crowd.
Emily also stays at the stunning Airelles Gordes hotel in Provence where she enjoys a meal at the hotel’s restaurant Clover Gordes with chef Gabriel. In season two, Emily spends a weekend in the South of France at the legendary Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat on the Côte d’Azur.
Feud: Capote vs. The Swans
The breathtaking Grand Ballroom in The Plaza, New York hotel was the setting for the Black and White Ball, hosted by Truman Capote in 1966. So, it is very fitting that the show recreated the masquerade event at the same location.
Inventing Anna
“Inventing Anna” is inspired by the true story of a heiress-imposter Anna Delvey. She would stay at luxury hotels for months without paying the bill at the end of her stay. She traveled to Morocco and stayed at the real-life palace hotel of La Mamounia in Marrakech. The spot where Delvey stayed at the Moroccan resort was the largest part of the property surrounded by the hotel’s elegant gardens.
Delvey also stayed in a few different New York City hotels including The Mercer, 11 Howard and The Beekman. In both the show and real life, Delvey would stay for long periods of time in these luxurious hotels, leaving huge bills behind.
One Day
The TV adaptation of David Nicholls’ book, “One Day,” showcases a rollercoaster romance between Emma and Dexter. The show plays out across two decades and showcases iconic historical Edinburgh landmarks, views of the Greek Island Paros, beautiful country manors, the streets of Paris, London parks and restaurants. When Dexter visits Rome he meets up with his mother on the terrace of Bio Hotel Raphaël. The hotel offers gorgeous views of the Rome skyline and is in a prime location near Piazza Navona.
Succession
The wondrous woodland cabin at Juvet Landscape Hotel in Norway makes several appearances in the fourth season of “Succession.” During the fourth season, the Roy family experiences the family drama at the resort. The hotel features gorgeous views of Norway’s northwest coast. The landscape treehouse-style rooms, Writer’s Lodge and Bath House spa are suitably dramatic for the show’s suspense.
The White Lotus
Fans of “The White Lotus” can immerse themselves in the luxurious setting of the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.
