Following a $40 million renovation that was completed in April, The Scottsdale Resort & Spa is building on those enhancements in a continued effort to engage the local community with new fall events tailored to create unforgettable experiences for guests and Valley residents.
The offerings, many of which are free to attend, will allow everyone to come together to enjoy the resort’s surroundings and restaurants while immersing themselves in Scottsdale’s vibrant culture. Below are a few highlights of what’s new at The Scottsdale Resort & Spa this fall:
Weekend Brunch at Barnaby’s Café & Wine Bar | Sept. 7 – May 25
Visitors can indulge in brunch favorites while enjoying the charming outdoor setting at Barnaby’s courtyard. Guests can check out the mimosa and bloody mary cart, offering beverage options to complement the culinary offerings. Live music will fill the courtyard on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Yappy Hour | Second Thursday of Every Month | 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Dog owners and their furry friends can enjoy a fun-filled evening on the Paradise Park lawn. Attendees will find a well-stocked bar, free popcorn and light bites, and gourmet dog treats made in-house for their pups. A dog play area and a variety of games, with monthly themes and prizes, will be available.
First Friday Movie Nights | 6 p.m.
Free monthly movie nights will feature cult classic films screened under the stars on the Paradise Park lawn. Attendees can enjoy complimentary popcorn or purchase treats from the gelato cart. An on-site bar and food trucks will also be set up. Lawn games will be available, and pups are welcome to join. The upcoming movie lineup includes Fight Club on October 4, The Big Lebowski on November 1, and Bad Santa on December 6.
Tequila Chef’s Tasting Dinner at La Fogata | Sept. 26 | 6 p.m. | $89 per person
Set against the stunning backdrop of Camelback Mountain and the McCormick Ranch Golf Club, this event will take guests on a culinary journey through modern Sonoran cuisine paired with premium tequilas. With a fusion of global influences and local ingredients, this dinner promises an unforgettable evening of bold flavors and exquisite pairings, all set within the warm and inviting ambiance of La Fogata.
Alex Belew Celebrity Chef Dinner at La Fogata | Oct. 4 | 6 p.m. | $129 per person
Celebrity Chef Alex Belew, winner of “Hell’s Kitchen” season 21, will join La Fogata in crafting a specially curated five-course menu. With an impressive background that includes stints at Spoon and Stable, Blackberry Farm, Brasserie Jo’s, and Table 3, each dish will highlight Belew’s signature style.
Happy Hour at The Social Boardroom | Every Monday-Saturday | 3-7 p.m.
Unwind in style at The Social Boardroom’s new happy hour, with $3 off all food and drinks while taking advantage of complimentary play on the golf simulator. The Social Boardroom offers a casual, lounge-style atmosphere, with pool, shuffleboard, board games, and more.
