Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas has completed the first phase of its $24 million resort-wide renovation, including a highly anticipated redesign of its two-bedroom premium villas. An unparalleled desert retreat, 25 of The Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort are now available for booking.
The resort boasts the largest number of resort villas in Scottsdale and the unveiling marks the latest enhancement to Hilton Scottsdale Resort following recent upgrades to the guest rooms, Oasis Bar & Grille, outdoor spaces, fitness center, and landscape as part of a multi-phase, multi-year renovation.

Designed with both privacy and convenience in mind by Ellis Adams Design, The Villas offer reserved parking and a secluded outdoor patio with their own private entrance from the main resort. Inside, guests are greeted by a comfortable living room featuring a fireplace, smart TVs and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
The Villas exude a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape, reflecting the essence of Southwest architectural design.
Each villa accommodates up to eight guests, who have access to exclusive amenities such as pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, poolside s’mores gatherings, wine and whiskey tastings, curated bachelor(ette) activities, and complimentary bikes to explore the destination.
The second and final phase of The Villas renovation project will include 20 additional premium, two-bedroom Villas that will be completed in fall 2025.
