Enjoy an elegant Christmas Eve dinner at CopperWynd Resort & Club with good company, gorgeous views, and better yet, no clean-up to worry about.
The resort’s Flourish restaurant will host an elegant buffet dinner served in a festive and relaxed atmosphere from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Dec. 24.
Begin with a rich taste of lobster bisque, and choice of three salads: Grilled Pear, Roasted Butternut Squash, and Organic Arugula. An array of vegetables include Celery Root, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Heirloom Potatoes and Sweet Potato Puree. The centerpiece entrees will be Prime Rib, Honey Glazed Ham, and Pan-Roasted Sea Bass, followed by delectable desserts.

The buffet is $75 per person, plus gratuity. Children ages 6-12 are $40 each, while kids ages 5 and under are complimentary.
