Ketel One Winter Oasis
1.5 oz. Ketel One Oranje
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Almond Syrup
2 dashes of Absinthe
Shake. Rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Ketel One Manhattan
1 oz. Ketel One Citroen vodka
¼ oz. Lagavulin or Oban
¼ oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Rinse rocks glass with scotch. Add ice. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1/2 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Top: Soda Water
Combine all ingredients. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Top: Sparkling Wine
Combine all ingredients. Shake. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon disk, expressed then discarded.
