The sixth location of Over Easy is opening on June 23, and the first 100 people in line at 6:30 a.m. get free breakfast sandwiches for the rest of 2015 (one per month). Everyone beyond the 100-person mark at 6:30 a.m. will get a free sandwich that day. The new location can be found at The Yard in Tempe.
Rusconi’s American Kitchen’s Summer Lite Bite Menu is back. Thursday through Sunday, open to close, now through Labor Day, for $29 diners can enjoy two glasses of house red or white wine or draft beer, burrata fondue with tomatoes, basil and grilled bread, and a Kitchen Board full of fresh cheeses, meats, pickled vegetables, olives, pesto and grilled bread.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has brought back, by popular demand, it prosciutto arugula pizza for a limited time during the month of June. This classic, white pizza is topped with sliced prosciutto, shaved cheese and fresh arugula. Also, Grimaldi’s has officially launched their summer 2015 Tuesday Tastings Promotion, which offers 50 percent off all glasses, carafes and bottles of wine every Tuesday all summer long. They’ve also just rolled out their limited time release of the URLO Red Blend, a full-bodied Italian wine with rich flavor and hints of cherry and vanilla is perfect when paired with a white pizza.
Bonefish Grill has debuted its Hooked on Tuesday menu featuring three generous courses starting at $12.90, focused on providing an incredible experience at a great value. Served during dinner every Tuesday, Bonefish Grill will feature culinary forward and unique combinations on the three-course menu.
New England’s finest lobsters have arrived at King’s Fish House, kicking off the return of the restaurant’s annual Lobster Festival. Now in its third year, King’s Fish House’s Lobster Festival serves New England’s sweetest and plumpest lobsters, sourced exclusively between Maine’s Georges Bank and Gulf of Maine region. This year’s menu is filled with returning favorites like New England Lobster Roll Whole Main Lobsters, New England-Style Fried Clam Strips and much more.
June 25 is National Catfish Day. To celebrate, TEXAZ Grill diners can enjoy bottomless catfish all day for $14.95. Breaded in buttermilk biscuit crumbs and fried until golden, the catfish is served with a side of tartar sauce and lemon.
A Backyard BBQ Beer Dinner Collaboration is set for June 24 at El Palacio of Chandler. The dinner will feature Huss Brewing Company craft beers alongside shrimp and crab gazpacho, pulled pork mac and cheese, BBQ chicken ranch taco and alligator pistachio pie. RA Sushi Bar Restaurant is celebrating International Sushi Day today, as all five Valley locations are offering a specially priced menu of popular food and drink items–from open until close.
National Flip Flop Day is Friday, June 19, and Tropical Smoothie Café is celebrating by offering guests a free 24-oz. Jetty Punch Smoothie from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. for wearing flip flops. In addition, Tropical Smoothie Café is dedicated to raising awareness for Camp Sunshine, a resort dedicated to helping children with life-threatening illnesses, by placing donation boxes in each store.
Available through June 21, Hopdoddy is dishing up a Peach Cobbler Shake Special, made with handmade ice cream, peach cobbler filling, pie crust, macerated peach slices and whipped cream.
MAD Greens, specializing in made-to-order salads, fresh-blended juices, paninis, wraps and soup, is gearing up to open their first two restaurants in the Valley and will kick things off with a Free Salad Day at both locations (Tempe Marketplace and Scottsdale and Acoma Road) on June 25. One hundred percent of all donations received to benefit the Boys & Girls Club Ladmo Branch in Tempe and Thunderbirds Branch in Scottsdale. From 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., MAD Greens will be offering a choice of complimentary beverage and regular-sized salad to any guests.
Sprinkles Cupcakes in Scottsdale is giving away free ice cream. The first 100 customers who show up to the store at noon on Wednesday, June 24, will receive a free scoop of their new flavor, mango sorbet. While not currently sold in Scottsdale, Sprinkles Ice Cream will make its way to the Valley later this year.
The popular summer series Grown-Ups Table is returning to Beckett’s Table (pictured) for its fourth consecutive year. Every Wednesday from June 10 through August 5 (excluding July 1 and 8), 16 diners will #shareourtable for a special three-course meal prepared by Chef Justin Beckett. The themed family-style meal is $39, plus tax and gratuity, and each dinner comes with a branded Beckett’s Table “to-go” bag of leftovers for diners to enjoy at home.
