The big game is right around the corner (Feb. 7), and the Valley is celebrating with dining deals, specials and super-easy catering options that even non-sports fan can enjoy.
Super Bowl 50 at Roaring Fork and Salty Sow means both restaurants will be offering their popular, “Dinner On Us” (buy one entree, get one free) beginning at 4 p.m.
Let Sauce Pizza and Wine do all the work for your Super Bowl entertaining. For this year’s big game, place your order with Sauce and choose from their selection of hand-stretched pizza, fresh salad and pasta. By calling ahead, you can have delicious, gourmet pizza or some drool-worthy macaroni and cheese ready to be  picked up. Or have your food delivered has Sauce has partnered with DoorDash and Delicious Deliveries to get Sauce Pizza and Wine order delivered to your doorstep just in time for kick-off. (Party Packs are the way to go when trying to please the crowd.) The best part is that getting it delivered comes at no additional cost to you. Delicious Deliveries has completely waived their delivery (usually $7.99) and DoorDash has reduced their delivery to $2.99 (usually $4.99). Just don’t forget to tip your delivery person.
Make plans to now to spend Sunday’s biggest game of the year at the Valley’s American grill, Black & Bleu. Enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet featuring tailgate favorites like barbecue pork ribs and chicken, hamburgers, brats, corn-on-the-cob, cowboy beans, potato and chicken salad, pigs-in-a-blanket, nachos, potato chips and much more for $25 per person. The full dinner and lunch menus will also be available on the big bowl game.
Leave the food to the experts from Miracle Mile Deli. All orders (with a minimum of eight people for catering) for Super Bowl Sunday must be placed by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5,  to make your kickoff a memorable one. Let them take the stress out of cooking by choosing from their Cocktail Sandwich Buffet or their Jumbo Sandwich Platter. And don’t forget the desserts! Miracle Mile Deli will also deliver orders valley wide of $100 or more for a small fee.
Fired Pie offers catering packages for 10 or more. Their staff is also there to help you build a package that best suits your needs. Mix and match eight of their 11-inch pizzas with a large catering salad or, if you’re having more guests, choose from 12 pizzas with two of their catering salads. Catering is currently being offered at their Northsight (14740 N Northsight Blvd, in Scottsdale), Tempe (414 W. University Dr.) and Collier Center (201 E Washington St, #111, in Downtown Phoenix) locations only.
