Easter doesn’t have to be all ham and chocolate eggs. Savor these festive sips created by local talents.
My Blue Heaven

7 Blueberries (Muddled)
1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Maple syrup
1 Egg white
5 drops AZ Bitters Lab Mi Casa Bitters
Muddle blueberries and then add all ingredients except the bitters and shake without ice for ten seconds. Fill with ice and shake again for 6 seconds. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish by placing five random dots on top of the cocktail and draw through them with a straw or pick and place three blueberries on a cocktail pick.

From Stingray Sushi
1.5 oz Effen Raspberry Vodka
.5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz Sweet & Sour
.5 oz Cranberry juice
Splash of Soda Water
Asian apple + lime for garnish
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with a twist of lime and a decorative slice of an Asian apple.
