With the start of summer, Wildflower has welcomed delicious new seasonal offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wildflower guests can now enjoy the unique and filling salmon breakfast bowl (pictured) with sunny eggs, arugula, salmon salad, roasted tomatoes, lemon, hot peppers and goat cheese; the delicious salmon roll BLT, featuring wild-caught salmon, thick-cut bacon and Wildflower’s soft briche; the light, lunch-perfect heirloom tomato and chicken salad tossed in a spicy herb vinaigrette; and, for dinner, the spicy lemon penne brimming with chicken breast, garlic, hot peppers, lemon vegetable broth, heirloom tomatoes, spinach, pea shoots, petite peas, scallions, basil, feta and for a little crunch, toasted walnuts. Arizona’s only AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star restaurant, Kai at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, a summer dining experience to remember. On Friday, July 6, Kai’s final night of dinner service before its annual summer hiatus, the will honor Howard Seftel, former food critic for the Arizona Republic, with a wine dinner unlike any other. The prolific storyteller will have a chance to share his stories through a different medium–a five-course, fine dining experience. Guests will also be granted private viewing of the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass Star-Spangled Spectacular fireworks show in celebration of the Fourth of July holiday weekend. This exclusive wine dinner will be offered to a limited number of guests and is priced at $175 per person. Sam Fox’s healthy fast-casual restaurant has opened the doors to its fourth Valley location in Desert Ridge Marketplace at Tatum Boulevard and the Loop 101.
