One of our favorite taco spots, Taco Guild, has unveiled a fresh menu with new appetizers, four new tacos, two new desserts and more options for guests to customize their dishes.
Take a peek at the new menu items:
- Grilled Shrimp Bruschetta – citrus-chile shrimp, guacamole, tomato corn salsa on top of house-made bruschetta
- Fundido – Oaxaca and Monterey Jack cheese blend with serrano pepper, caramelized onion, tequila and mushrooms. Guests can now choose to add on a variety of proteins
- The Conquistador – chef’s choice charcuterie and cheese board served with nuts, jam, mustard and house-made bruschetta
- Borracho Bean Dip – borracho beans, chorizo, caramelized onion and serrano peppers
- Pork Carnitas Taco – house-made seasoned slow roasted pork shoulder is shredded and layered with red onion and fresh cilantro
- Cartel Coffee Beef Taco – locally roasted Cartel coffee is used to season the beef before slow roasting it then it is topped with fresh jicama, cilantro and avocado
- Clandestino Shrimp Taco – citrus-chile marinated shrimp are grilled then topped with avocado, chimichurri and cabbage slaw
- Pato Asado Taco – beer-and-chile-braised duck, topped with tomato corn relish, avocado and Cotija cheese
- Chocolate Torte – a rich and dense chocolate torte with cashews, almonds, walnuts, cacao, coconut and sea salt
- Udder Delights frozen treats – A rotating selection of locally made ice creams
A completely new cocktail menu has also made its debut at Taco Guild:
- Café de Olia – Partida Reposado, cold brew, demerara, mole bitters and orange
- Chamoyada – Chamuccos blanco tequila, hibiscus, orange, mangonadaand Tajin
- Tuba – Azunia Reposdao, plantain, coconut, dried fruit and lemon
- Don Juan – Mexican rum, pepitas, lime, lemon, Curacao and dark rum
- Ponche – apple-infused gin, mango and orange piloncillo
- Tejate – Corn whiskey, cacao, banana and honey
- Seasonal Mezcal Mule – Mezcal mixed with seasonal flavor, lime and ginger beer
