Oldtown Scottsdale’s first microdistillery, Blue Clover Distillery, is launching its new wedding and events division with mobile bar rentals and cocktail catering services on March 3.
Custom cocktail menus and roving bars are ready to serve a medley of craft cocktails, Blue Clover’s own farm-to-bottle spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages for all events, from casual to sophisticated, including engagement celebrations, bridal showers, outdoor weddings, anniversaries, graduations, backyard barbecues, corporate meetings and more.
Handcrafted with vintage style and memorable details for each event, Blue Clover Distillery offers two bar options on wheels complete with Insta-worthy aesthetic, unique features, bartending services, and licensed bartenders.
A 22-foot-long mobile horse trailer was converted into a full-service craft cocktail bar with a rustic and wild-west traditional feel that is a one-of-a-kind catering bar and provides the perfect backdrop for any event.
For smaller-sized events, the fully-customizable mobile mini bar is an ideal option and only requires a 6 foot by 6-foot space for full-service cocktails and bartending. The Blue Clover team will handle the delivery, set up, take down, and provide necessary equipment for the fully-insured full bar and power.
Blue Clover Distillery provides a bar package with drink supplies including basic mixers, disposable glassware, beverage napkins, straws, and garnishes.
Optional add-ons include ice service and a curated cocktail menu with Blue Clover’s signature cocktails made with the distillery’s gluten-free vodka and gin, fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and beautiful garnishes. Each event is quoted individually based on the specific details and needs of the event.
Blue Clover offers a custom cocktail experience for a more personalized celebration. Beforehand, event hosts can visit Blue Clover for a tour and the opportunity to develop their own special cocktail with their mixologist team to serve as signature cocktails for weddings, corporate retreats, and more.
Blue Clover has up to seven different tasty and spirit infusions that make for the personalized drink making an even more remarkable experience.
Custom bottle labeling of Blue Clover spirits can be created for any event or celebration as client gifts or wedding favors.
