Cinnaholic, one of the fastest growing plant-based concepts in the country, will open its next location in Scottsdale, AZ this Friday, December 3. Opening at the “Block at Pima Center” shopping center, Cinnaholic – Scottsdale will offer the brand’s famous plant-based, allergen-friendly cinnamon rolls and other delicious desserts seven days a week.
Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Cinnaholic is the only gourmet bakery that allows customers to completely customize cinnamon rolls with more than 20 frosting flavors and over 20 topping choices. Each Cinnaholic cinnamon roll is 100% plant-based and free of dairy, lactose, eggs or cholesterol, allowing guests to enjoy their mouthwatering creations without worrying about certain dietary or allergy restrictions.
Cinnaholic has grown in popularity in the past two years with more than 60 locations currently operating in the United States and Canada, and more than 20 planned within the next year. Cinnaholic – Scottsdale owners Vikas and Roli Mittal are quite familiar with the plant-based brand, as they are also proud owners as the first Cinnaholic store in New Jersey.
The Mittal family opened the Westfield, NJ location in May 2019. Prior to becoming Cinnaholic owners, Vikas spent more than 10 years in the financial industry on Wall Street in New York, and Roli has spent 15 years at Wells Fargo in private mortgage banking. Their financial expertise and business acumen led to great success for the Westfield location as it grew in popularity. The family has since relocated from Northern New Jersey to sunny Arizona, and one of the first tasks was to open a location of their beloved Cinnaholic bakery.
“My family and I resonated with Cinnaholic from the beginning as we ourselves live a vegan and vegetarian lifestyle, and we further fell in love with the concept as proud owners of the Westfield location,” said Vikas Mittal, owner of Cinnaholic – Scottsdale. “Now that we’re here in Arizona, we immediately wanted to open the next location for Cinnaholic and further introduce the incredibly delicious cinnamon rolls to the area.”
In addition to Scottsdale, the Mittal family is also in the process of opening the next location in Tempe, AZ.
Cinnaholic – Scottsdale will offer the same menu as all other locations, including the famous cinnamon rolls, edible cookie dough and additional sweet treats like brownies, cookies, “Baby Buns,” and “Cinnacakes,” and will also offer Dole Whip. Seasonal menu items are anticipated. Cinnaholic – Scottsdale will offer catering and large-size ordering as well for events, meetings and more. All Cinnaholic products are 100 percent vegan, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free, cholesterol-free and allergen-friendly.
