Arizona’s award-winning luxury desert oasis and resort, Castle Hot Springs, invites hotel guests to an exclusive, limited-seat wine pairing dinner in partnership with Napa Valley’s Opus One Winery on Wednesday, June 14.
Hosted by Opus One Winery’s Winemaker and Viticulturist Michael Silacci, the Opus One Winery Event will be held at the resort’s elevated on-property restaurant, Harvest, and offer an unforgettable dinner perfect for wine connoisseurs and food travelers looking for standout wine and culinary programs with an extra personal touch.
Capped at 24 guests total, the exclusive dinner will feature wine pairings from Opus One Winery and their founding partners, alongside a special farm-to-table menu from the culinary team at Harvest. Attendees will also enjoy the rare opportunity to spend quality time with host Silacci, himself.
The Harvest x Opus One Dinner menu includes a welcome reception with passed appetizers of Beef Tartare, Stuffed Cherry Tomato, and Compressed Melon, plus five gourmet courses, which include: True Driver Scallop, Hand-Rolled Agnolotti, Moulard Duck Breast & Thigh Duo, Arizona Bison Tenderloin and a Family-Style Dessert Platter.
For an elevated dining experience, the menu will be expertly paired with the following vintages: Barons de Rothschild Brut Champagne NV, Robert Mondavi Oakville Fume Blanc 2020, Opus One 2009, Opus One 2010, Opus One 2015, Opus One 2019 and Overture.
Overnight luxury accommodations for the Opus One Winery Event include Sky View Cabin for a nightly rate of $1,250, plus $570 per person for the wine-pairing dinner, or the Spring Bungalow for a nightly rate of $1,575, as well as an additional $570 per person for the wine-pairing dinner.
