Last week, the Arizona Foothills Magazine staff gathered at Christopher’s Restaurant and Crush Lounge at Phoenix’s Biltmore Fashion Park for our annual holiday party. With such yummy food and great service–and wonderful company, of course–our get-together was a total success. In between glasses of Champagne, we munched on delectable artisan-style pizzas, tasty sweet potato and truffle oil fries and mounds of salads (you know, to compensate for our extreme French fry intake).

First course: Terruzzi Puthod Terre di Tufi, Gnocchi of scallops, tomatoes and basil sauce with parmesan
Second course: Poliziano Rosso di Montepulciano, Seared tuna lasagna with shrimp bolognaise sauce
Third course: Poliziano Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Deconstructed osso buco with bone marrow flan
Dessert: Cappuccino mousse
