This summer, JoJo’s ShakeBAR is bringing its modern take on the classic diner to Arizona with a brand new location opening at Scottsdale Quarter later this month.
As a next-generation restaurant and bar, JoJo’s ShakeBAR will be a highlight and favorite spot for both kids and adults, serving over-the-top milkshakes and diner classics in an ‘80s and ‘90-inspired atmosphere.
In addition to its creative desserts and elevated American classics, the modern yet nostalgic diner will feature details that take guests back to a simpler time, like arcade game tables and a walk-up window for visitors and shoppers on the go.
“We’re really excited about opening up a JoJo’s in Scottsdale,” says JoJo’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner Robbie Schloss in a statement. “Being able to open not only in a different state, but a completely different part of the country is a big milestone for us, and we are super excited to show the west coast how over-the-top milkshakes and classic diner fare are done!”
From buffalo wings and honey-fried chicken sandwiches to “liquid brunches” featuring a loaded hotdog and celery stick served on top of a refreshing drink, JoJo’s ShakeBAR has a menu sure to catch anyone’s eye. The milkshakes are the star of the show, served to the brim in a range of flavors and then topped with a stunning display of overflowing ingredients, such as marshmallows, cotton candy, cookies, whipped cream, dried fruit and other decadent favorites.
JoJo’s ShakeBAR first opened in Chicago in 2019 and has since captivated children and adults with their delicious diner food, larger-than-life milkshakes and nostalgic decor that bring out the kid in everyone. The concept, which is inspired by Schloss’ own childhood memories and named after his daughter, is designed for guests to enjoy life’s playful moments with families and friends. The diner’s three locations in Chicago have been smash-hits, drawing in hundreds of visitors each day, and the team behind JoJo’s is hoping the new Scottsdale location will do the same.
JoJo’s ShakeBAR will be located at Scottsdale Quarter on the corner of South Street and 73rd Street. For more information, visit www.jojosshakebar.com.
