Internationally acclaimed Chinese restaurant brand Mott 32 will open at The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie as the resort’s signature restaurant.
Set to open its doors alongside the highly-anticipated hotel later this year, Mott 32 Paradise Valley will be the globally revered restaurant brand’s second U.S. location and first Arizona outpost, bringing guests and residents a high-end dining experience parallel to the opulence that will be found at The Ritz-Carlton in Paradise Valley.

The 4,600-square-foot Mot 32 Scottsdale restaurant will include a vast 4,100-square-foot outdoor patio with stunning pool and mountain views and a daily lunch and dinner menu featuring signature dishes that embody Chinese culture and philosophy. Each recipe has been refined from generation to generation, delivering authentic fine Chinese cooking with a modern touch.
Menu highlights will include Mott 32’s 42-day apple wood roasted Peking duck expertly carved for guests tableside; barbecue pluma Iberico pork glazed with yellow mountain honey; and an expansive dim sum selection featuring steamed, fried and baked dumplings, including the signature soft quail egg, cleverly placed inside an Iberico pork siu mai with black truffle. In addition to its award-winning cuisine, Mott 32 offers signature cocktails and a carefully curated selection of fine wines from around the globe.
The restaurant’s opulent interiors will reflect a harmonious fusion of traditional Chinese aesthetics and New York industrial style, creating an inviting ambiance for diners to indulge in that is seen across 32 Mott’s other worldwide locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Las Vegas, Vancouver, Dubai, Toronto, Bangkok, Seoul and Cebu.
