Hash Kitchen Unveils New Sweet & Savory Summer Brunch Menu

Satisfy your sweet tooth with Hash Kitchen’s new summer brunch menu! 

The menu features a mix of sweet and savory for every brunch fan to enjoy. Pair your meal with a drink from the build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar or test the waters with new summer cocktails. 

From cereal shooters to booze bags and everything in between, there’s plenty of drink options to choose from. Notable mentions include the Bomb Pop featuring vodka-spiked HK lemonade, tart cherry, blue raspberry and a Bomb Pop popsicle to top it off. For boba lovers, try the Boba Bear featuring vodka, Giffard Mangue, coconut milk, ube and strawberry boba in a souvenir bear cup. Or Let the Good Times Roll with vodka, kiwi, melon, lime and seltzer available in the brand new Converse skate souvenir cup.

“Chef Joey always goes above and beyond and we love all of the menu items he creates for Hash Kitchen,” says Sara Ritterling, brand marketing manager at Hash Kitchen. “We have a wide variety this time of sweet and savory items. We have a lot of great things influenced by a lot of summer themes. I think our pancakes and everything he has done is definitely hash-ified and over the top.”

Spice up your typical brunch order with “Sexy Toast” featuring avocado, heirloom cherry tomatoes, shaved egg, goat cheese, pickled red onions and a lemon oil drizzle on multigrain bread. 

Savor the sweetness of Chef Jesh Mascaro’s favorite, Banana Bread Pancakes, topped with vanilla mascarpone, bananas and caramel. This dish is sure to melt in your mouth and bring back the nostalgia of freshly baked banana bread. 

For lunch lovers, bite into the Ranchero Burger topped with pepper jack cheese, crispy onion, salsa roja, avocado salsa and cilantro served with your choice of fries or a side salad. 

Chef Joey Maggiore founded Hash Kitchen in 2015 with his wife and business partner, Cristina Maggiore. His title as executive chef grants him the opportunity to introduce innovative new dishes to patrons each year through seasonal menus.
