Haymaker Restaurant To Open Two West Valley Locations

Haymaker, a beloved Westside Concepts original, is expanding with two new West Valley locations. Known for its award-winning breakfast, burgers, and whiskey selection, Haymaker brings its signature dishes and warm hospitality to Arizona diners.

The north Peoria location will relocate across Lake Pleasant Parkway, while a fourth location will open in Buckeye at Verrado’s new Sunrise Market this November, in addition to the established Goodyear and second Peoria location.

Sunrise Market offers 35,000 square feet of shopping and dining for Buckeye residents – Haymaker will be one of the first to open at the new retail center. Since 2013, the eatery has built a loyal following with its home-style recipes, fresh ingredients, and house-smoked BBQ. Guests can expect the same top-notch service and scratch-made meals at the new locations.

Many of Haymaker’s well-loved dishes will appear alongside new offerings, such as country-fried steak and eggs, 100 percent Angus Chuck beef burgers, and the pulled pork skillet. The restaurant is renowned for serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day.

“Mostly every item can be made from scratch, and that sets us apart from the chains along the West Valley,” Westside Concepts Owner Joey Lucidi said. “We are proud to be a customer favorite. We will continue to offer our house favorites like The Haymaker Benedict, Joey’s Ribs, the ALMOST FAMOUS Texan, and our award-winning breakfast.”

The new Buckeye location will feature a modern farmhouse design with rustic elements, natural wood finishes and an open layout for a warm yet contemporary dining atmosphere. Social Design Studio is heading that project.

The 4,800-square-foot space will include indoor and outdoor seating, while the Peoria location will offer expanded seating in a 5,000-square-foot space.

“Haymaker is extremely special to my family and those at Westside Concepts. Our success has been pivotal for growth, leading to the development of other brands under its umbrella,” Lucidi said. “It has catapulted us into a restaurant group. With the success of Haymaker, we have been able to take our standards, procedures, and values to create new concepts and brands.”
