An exhilarating culinary journey awaits, as Chandler Fashion Center recently announced that Arizona’s first Seafood City Supermarket will open its doors at the development in 2025. This gastronomic paradise, renowned for its high-quality authentic Filipino specialties and diverse Asian offerings, will take residence on the upper level of the former Sears store.
The expansive building – over 65,000 square feet – will house diverse Asian groceries, fresh fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables, premium meats, baked goods, home essentials, beauty products and more. Shoppers will find foods like adobo and lechon kawali and sweet treats like halo-halo and ensaymada pastries.
“As a culinary haven for food lovers, we’re ecstatic to present an unparalleled selection of Filipino and pan-Asian ingredients and fast-food dishes. From traditional spices and sauces to savory delights, we’re here to fulfill every craving,” VP Elewin Rebaya said.
The new store will also feature Filipino cuisine from food service brands, including Grill City, Crispy Town, Noodle Story, Bakers Avenue, Halo-Halo Kitchen, Kakanin Korner, and more.
The store will showcase a variety of crustaceans, shellfish, and fish in live tanks so customers can pick their catch and prepare it how they would like. Seafood City will also launch its latest concept, the Crab Market, a casual dining experience with a vast selection of pan-Asian sauces and spices added to various seafood dishes.

The Chandler location will have a 2,035-square-foot community room for celebrations, meetings and birthdays. Seafood City will strive to be more than a supermarket – it hopes to be a hub for visitors and locals.
Chandler Fashion Center is a premier shopping destination, boasting an upscale collection of over 180 stores, including Apple, Lululemon, Dillard’s, Macy’s, Urban Outfitters, and the exciting new SCHEELS All Sports! Soon, they will welcome Round1, a family entertainment and dining venue.
