This Coffee Spot Is For The Gen Z Daydreamers

Daydreamer Coffee is now open in Phoenix and plans to become a trendy spot for a younger demographic. The carefully crafted coffee shop offers a delectable selection of beverages and exceptional coffees in an inviting atmosphere.

Amid Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row, Daydreamer Coffee resides on the bottom floor of Moontower, perfect for those taking a walk to start the day or stopping by for a mid-day coffee pick-me-up. The shop was created for coffee lovers passionate about design, community, the new, and the next. Daydreamer is intended to be a thoughtful respite to enjoy the environment, relax, study, and focus.

“We looked for walkable locations in urban centers and near university campuses. We love to be a part of design-forward and hospitality-driven projects, where we can slot into and become an integrated part of dynamic communities, just like Moontower,” Director of Hospitality Patrick Pierce said.

The business is overseen by LV Collective, a Texas-based real estate development firm with hospitality concepts and student and multifamily housing properties across the United States.

Daydreamer offers handcrafted coffee, espresso, and matcha drinks in a curated environment. From the aesthetics to the scents and sounds, every detail is thoughtfully designed. The shop intends to create a welcoming study and work space, serving coffee lovers who are looking for a new place to indulge – most specifically, the Gen Z crowd.

“This concept is a great fit for Gen Z because it offers more than just coffee. It’s a community and experience. Gen Z values spaces that feel authentic, inclusive, and creatively inspiring, and our coffee shop is designed to be just that,” Pierce said. “With an approachable vibe, cozy atmosphere, and opportunities for local artists to showcase their work, it’s a place where young creatives can feel connected, discover new ideas, and enjoy a sense of belonging.”

The hub offers seven different tea options along with classic espresso bar options. Among the tea favorites is the Moontower Matcha, made with oat milk and honey syrup. The current seasonal options are an iced caramel apple chai and an iced pumpkin cloud latte, perfect for Phoenix fall.

Despite just opening, Daydreamer Coffee plans to grow its Arizona presence with a Tempe location later this year. The shop is open daily from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is the seventh Daydreamer across the U.S. For more information, visit daydreamer.coffee.
