Aftermath Restaurant Unveils Bold Winter Menu

Aftermath, the vibrant modern American restaurant in the heart of Phoenix, has launched its highly anticipated winter menu. Featuring a dynamic selection of seasonal dishes and innovative cocktails, the new menu is designed to showcase bold flavors and the finest ingredients of the season.

Among the standout new dishes are the roasted cauliflower, a creative combination of heirloom cauliflower paired with baba ganoush, chermoula, and pickled red onions that deliver a smoky, tangy bite. The restaurant’s jalapeño bacon burger has also made its way onto the menu, featuring an AZ grass-fed blend patty topped with garlic aioli, shredded romaine, muenster cheese, jalapeño bacon jam, and crispy fried onion strings, all served on a buttermilk roll.

Another highlight is the braised short rib, complemented by geechie rice grits, house giardiniera, black lentils, and a rich beef jus. For seafood lovers, the Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, accompanied by paruano bean ragout, Iberico chorizo, braised radish, Castelvetrano olives, and poached leeks offers a unique and savory experience.

In addition to the enticing food menu, Aftermath has introduced a selection of creative cocktails designed to warm the spirit during the colder months. The Old Fashioned, crafted with Kentucky bourbon, demerara sugar, bitters, and cherry smoke, offers a classic drink with a smoky twist. The AM Sour, made with Four Roses bourbon, peach, lemon, egg whites, and bitters, is a balanced and refreshing option.

“Aftermath’s new menu launch introduces an exciting selection of dishes, highlighted by the award-winning Aftermath Burger, best known for its unique flavors and presentation,” General Manager Deedee Robertson said. “This curated menu by Chef Austin Finley promises to delight diners with culinary excellence and innovative flavors.”

For a more adventurous flavor profile, the Oaxacan Nights has coconut-washed mezcal, rose, agave, bergamot, lemon, and grapefruit for a unique, citrus-forward drink. The Puerto Rican Luau starts with Puerto Rican aged rum, lemon, falernum, orgeat, pineapple, and passionfruit, bringing an island-inspired flair to the menu.

Another intriguing choice is the After-Mathattan, a twist on the traditional Manhattan, featuring Ezra Brooks rye, strawberry Madeira, French Amer, Carpano Antica vermouth, and bitters. Guests looking for something lighter can choose the Chakra Spritz, a refreshing blend of peach hibiscus vodka, China China, lemon, and bubbles. The Mind On My Money, made with Japanese Roku gin, elderflower, cucumber, grapefruit, and a citrus blend, provides a crisp, aromatic option for any occasion.

Aftermath stands out in Phoenix’s culinary scene, offering inventive dishes and expertly crafted cocktails highlighting seasonal ingredients and modern flavors. With a commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and providing a vibrant atmosphere, Aftermath delivers an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates creativity, quality, and the joy of great food and company.
