Award-winning, locally-owned craft brewery Catalyst Crafted Ales is celebrating its first anniversary with the launch of a revamped menu and a unique beer offering. The new menu offers a full-service tableside ordering experience so guests can enjoy a variety of dishes crafted with the same care and attention to detail as Catalyst’s renowned beers.
The updated menu, designed by Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar of Keeler Hospitality Group, brings a fresh selection of southwestern-inspired fare alongside traditional brewpub favorites. Dishes include wings, tacos, burritos, burgers, salads, and sides. Weekend brunch offerings are sure to impress, with favorites like chilaquiles, French toast, and breakfast burritos.
“The menu combines a southwestern flair with traditional brewpub fare. Every dish is designed to pair perfectly with one or more of Catalyst’s beers, and our staff will be ready to offer pairing suggestions. We’re excited for everyone to try these new flavors,” Chef Apolinar said.
With years of experience in high-volume restaurants, Apolinar brings knowledge to Catalyst’s kitchen, overseeing all back-of-house operations. He’ll be instrumental in coaching staff, building teams, and ensuring that each dish meets the brewery’s high standards.
Catalyst Crafted Ales has also released a unique wine-style beer, the Luppolo Blanc Grape IPA, a new addition to their innovative lineup to mark the anniversary. Introducing this new menu and beer release signifies more than a celebratory milestone for Catalyst.
