Red, White & Brew is unveiling an exciting refresh. Starting March 1, the Mesa and Prescott locations will introduce a new menu filled with fresh flavors and creative drinks. Whether you’re a fan of bold entrees, unique cocktails, or delicious happy hour specials, there’s no shortage of options to enjoy at this local hotspot.
Red, White & Brew offers a new take on classic appetizers like asiago garlic mushroom tapas or an avocado Caprese salad. New sandwich options include the crispy chicken and halibut filet sandwiches, each offering a unique and flavorful twist. The menu now boasts standout entrees like pecorino-crusted Chilean sea bass and chicken Florentine served over angel hair pasta for those craving something heartier.
While both locations will offer these exciting dishes, exclusive items are unique to each. In Prescott, guests can enjoy Romano-crusted chicken over fettuccine and Tuscan scallops, while Mesa diners can savor lemon basil chicken linguini and a garden Stromboli.
“We’re thrilled to bring these fresh flavors to the table while maintaining the quality and familiarity that our guests love,” Operations Manager Jimmy Herrera said. “Our goal is to create an exciting and comforting dining experience, with something for every palate.”
Red, White & Brew also introduces a monthly happy hour special at both locations, priced at just $12. In March, indulge in Irish loaded potato cakes: crispy, panko-crusted potato cakes filled with corned beef, green onions, and a three-cheese blend, served with 1000 Island.
Red, White & Brew is also debuting an updated cocktail menu designed to showcase a mix of bold, spirit-forward drinks and refreshing zero-proof options. Highlights include the apple cider pomegranate martini, a unique blend of apple vodka, Pama liqueur, apple cider, lemon juice, and spiced honey topped with fizzy ginger beer. The Arizona Sunset offers a tropical twist with Malibu rum, pineapple syrup, lemon juice, and a vibrant raspberry liqueur float.
For guests who prefer zero-proof options, the coconut lime elixir is a tropical favorite, made with Damrak Zero Proof Gin, agave syrup, coconut syrup, and lime leaf tonic, topped with Sprite and garnished with a mint sprig. The pineapple agave refresher combines Jalisco 55 Zero Proof Spirit, pineapple syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer.
“We’ve worked hard to craft a cocktail menu that highlights the best of every ingredient,” said Herrera. “It’s all about bold, balanced flavors and drinks that offer a fun, flavorful experience for everyone.”
Beyond its food and drinks, Red, White & Brew is dedicated to supporting its community. The Mesa location donates food weekly to Sunshine Acres, a local children’s home, and both locations offer a “Kids Eat Free” promotion on Tuesdays.
