Last year, I vacationed in Seattle and had the chance to try some top-notch wines from Washington grapes–and I was impressed! Now, some of the Pacific Northwest state’s wines are being featured at Scottsdale’s BLT Steak on July 15. Chef John Sarich, Culinary Director and Lou Constant from Chateau Ste. Michelle will be at BLT Steak for a six-course wine-paired dinner.

The dinner is $85 which includes the meal, wine pairings and signed copy of Chef John Sarich’s cookbook “Chef in the Vineyard.” Plus, all the featured wines can be purchased at Sportsman’s Wines on the day of the event.
