Well, Chef Douglas Rodriguez–the man who is considered the inventor of Nuevo Latin cuisine and the deseo concept–is cooking for 12 lucky deseo diners on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 6 p.m. Rodriguez, James Beard Award-Winning chef, cook book author and “Top Chef Masters” participant who is the owner of some of the hottest restaurants in New York City, Miami and Philadelphia, will be at the Scottsdale restaurant, located at Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, to dazzle guests with this signature cooking style.

Muddle Class: learn to make custom muddle drinks
Ceviche Tasting: watch Chef Rodriguez created his signature ceviche dishes
