Attention, beer fans: On Monday, Sept. 12 at 6:30 p.m. one of the Valley’s top barbecue restaurants, Bryan’s Black Mountain Barbecue in Cave Creek, is hosting a A Beer for Brains Foundation Event. The fund-raising dinner will feature four courses paired with eight beers and will raise money for The Beer for Brains Foundation, a national, non-profit organization of craft-beer lovers, distributors and brewers, who are committed to raising awareness of brain cancer. (The money raised by The Beer for Brains organization currently goes to support the development of cutting-edge brain cancer research and treatment options at the new Barrow Brain Tumor Research Center.) Here’s a taste of the menu that is to be featured on the Monday night menu:

Tickets for the Beer for Brains Foundation beer-pairing dinner at Bryan’s Black Mountain Barbecue are $60 per person. The event will also have a raffle for beer items and RAREaffair general admission tickets, an event at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale which Chef Bryan Dooley will also take part in.
