The Valley has yet another food truck roaming the streets, offering up delectable eats to locals. Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale unveiled a new food truck – you can call him Chuck – serving up a variety of chef-crafted American favorites including soups, salads, wraps, tacos and sandwiches (see a complete menu listing below). Chuck will be making a regular visit to the Scottsdale Airpark from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. beginning in April, but fans can follow Chuck on Twitter to get up-to-date details on its whereabouts: @GHChuck. Chuck is also available for special catering events.
Soups:
Navajo Corn Chowder – with fire-roasted peppers
Chicken Tortilla Soup – with crispy tortilla strips and cilantro crème
Albondiagas Soup – with roasted garlic meatballs
Salads:
Grayhawk Salad – grilled chicken, mixed greens, angel hair pasta, tortilla strips and caesar dressing
Chop Salad – mixed greens, roasted red peppers, corn, black beans, green chilies, cherry tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, fried crisp onions, tortilla strips and chipotle ranch dressing
Kale Salad – grapes, red bell peppers, sunflower seeds, mandarin oranges and honey Mustard champagne vinaigrette
Greek Salad – romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, mint leaves, Kalamata olives, toasted pita bread with sumal red wine dressing

Southwestern Chicken Wrap – tomato basil tortilla, seasoned chicken, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayo
