After a successful run last year, Taste Talavera, hosted at the signature, high-end Talavera restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, returns this spring with a series of special tasting events highlighting spirits, fine Italian wines and a famed California winemaker. (Talavera is a modern take on the traditional steakhouse with great seafood, decadent steaks and some of the Valley’s most gorgeous views.)
Each Taste Talavera event includes a four-course tasting menu, by the restaurant’s chef Ben Lieberman, that highlights the guest spirit maker, winemaker or star ingredient. Best of all, Taste is a flow-style event, meaning that guests can dine on the a la carte Talavera if they choose, even if their tablemates decide to dine from the Taste Talavera menu. Taste Talavera ranges from $85 to $110 for the spring series.
Taste Talavera Spring 2013 lineup:
• March 23, 2013 – Heidi Barrett, La Sirena
• April 12, 2013 – What Makes Gin, Gin?
• May 24, 2013 – Italian Wine Dinner
“The Taste series is designed to stretch the boundaries of our regular Talavera menu and bring a notable new element to the table,” says Talavera restaurant’s chef Ben Lieberman. “Whether your passion is fine California wines, a classic spirit, or even adventurous dining, we have a dinner that is the perfect match for your palate.”
