After Ocean Prime launched a store-wide challenge to create a unique cocktail using Absolut Elyx, the winning cocktail, judged on a series of criteria, is now on all Ocean Prime menus across the country, including the High Street hot spot in Phoenix. The Watermelon Elyx is a juicy and delicious mix of Absolut Elyx vodka, Uncle Val’s Gin, watermelon, fresh basil, lime and Hella Ginger Bitters.
