Center Stage Bar at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch will be open for reservations and adorned with décor from famous cognac producer, Rémy Martin and the champagne house, Taittinger, featuring ice sculptures, champagne carts, and more. Table-side cocktail service will also be available for guests. Mixologists will prepare and present a perfect pour experience, featuring either a French 75 for two or a Louis XIII. Guests can access the bar between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m, with food service available from 5 p.m. and 11 p.m, and the balloon drop happening at midnight. Westgate Entertainment District is ringing in 2024 with its New Year’s Eve Live! event on Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. The block party will be held at WaterDance Plaza and hosted by Salt Tacos y Tequila, The Lola, Fat Tuesday, Carousel Arcade Bar, McFadden’s Social House and Bodega.
