Amelia’s by EAT to Open New Location in August

Amelia’s by EAT is expanding to Gilbert with a brand new micro-location at Kiln Gilbert in the SanTan Village. Kiln is a co-working space designed to gather the brightest minds of the East Valley, and Amelia’s hopes to fuel those minds with a delightful variety of breakfast, lunch, beverage and snack options for members and guests. The café is set to open in August.

The owner of the restaurant franchise, Stacey Weber, began her journey almost a decade ago with the launch of her flagship Scottsdale location, Amelia’s by EAT, which was named after Weber’s grandmother. Weber herself quickly became known for her farm-to-table approach, and her restaurant developed into a favorite among locals and food critics alike.

The Scottsdale location offers counter service during the day and table service in the evening. It offers an all-day menu, BYOB (build your own board concept in the evening), scratch-made cocktails, craft coffees, grab-and-go food options, freezer items, assorted beverages, market items, and a unique gift wall sourced from small businesses.

The handcrafted menu, which will continue at Amelia’s Kiln, has been praised for its fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Weber’s inspiration is “when you eat well, you feel good.”

“We can’t wait to be a part of Kiln Gilbert,” Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007, said. “We love the concept and the overall vibe. It’s the perfect place to extend the Amelia’s brand to the East Valley.”

The new menu will include craft coffee and homemade bakery items – with plenty of gluten-free options – wraps, salads and nutritional snacks. Amelia’s will continue to provide catering services for events and meetings.

Whether members or guests are looking for a quick bite to eat while working or a snack between meetings, Amelia’s will provide much-needed fuel to those utilizing the co-working space.

Kiln Gilbert is a fully furnished building that can accommodate teams of one to 100. The space includes unique gathering rooms, an event theater, a fitness area, AV-equipped conference rooms, a podcast studio and more.

The cafe will be inside the lobby and open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Kiln is located at 2162 E. Williams Field Road, Suite 1, Gilbert.
