Vineyard Towne Center, Vestar’s ground-up retail project in Queen Creek, spans 260,000 square feet and has already seen several exciting new tenants open their doors, with more retail, dining, and service offerings set to follow in the coming months.
As the central hub for the growing Queen Creek community, Vineyard combines a mix of shops, services, and dining options that cater to residents and visitors. The center’s second phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
“We’re excited about the strong tenant lineup we’ve secured at Vineyard Towne Center,” Vice President of Leasing Taylor Alvey said. “Our goal has always been to create a premiere shopping experience that would meet the needs of the expanding Queen Creek community, and we’re confident we’ve achieved that. With nearly 100 percent of the center now leased, we’re confident that we are bringing a vibrant destination to residents and visitors.”
Several tenants in Phase 2 of the development have already opened, including McDonald’s, Over Easy, Café Rio, Academy Bank, Cinnaholic, LifeQuest, and Cadence Running Company. Additionally, construction is progressing on the highly anticipated anchor tenant, Target, which is slated to open in fall 2025. Vestar plans to make additional announcements regarding the grand opening date of Vineyard Towne Center this spring.
Mountain America Credit Union will open in February, followed by Better Buzz Coffee in March. Thai Chili 2 GO will also open this spring, and other popular food spots, including Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Zaxby’s, and Five Guys, are all under construction and expected to open this summer. As the development progresses, Mattress Firm, My Doc Now, Verizon, and Petco are also slated to open their doors in the fall.
Queen Creek, one of the fastest-growing suburban areas in the Phoenix metropolitan region, continues to thrive. Vineyard Towne Center is poised to become a key part of the community. For more information, visit vestar.com or vineyardtownecenter.com.
