TENWEST Impact Festival returns to Downtown Tucson November 4–10 to celebrate the growing community of entrepreneurs in Arizona and give individuals across multiple industries the chance to connect over a range of exciting and inspiring events.
The weeklong festival will feature three days of professional conferences where attendees can learn from celebrated keynote speakers and dive deeper into important topics of the business world today, along with a free community street festival, nightly afterparties, an All Souls Procession, special collaborations and much more.
Founded by Startup Tucson in 2015, TENWEST is designed to inspire, connect and showcase the Arizona entrepreneur community through a broad range of events and activations all centered around this year’s themes: Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship.
TENWEST 2023 kicks off on Saturday, November 4 with the 2nd annual TENWEST Street Fest, a highlight of the weeklong festival featuring over 100 local food and artisan vendors, live music and DJs, art installments, an interactive neighborhood beautification project, family-friendly activities and a “Galactic Glam” fashion show at Happy Hour. The all-day event takes place from noon to 9 p.m. in Tucson’s 7th Street & 6th Avenue entertainment district and is free to the public.
On November 5 and 6, attendees will enjoy an thrilling lineup of pre-party events, including a Parsons Dance at Centennial Hall, the TENWEST x All Souls Pre-Party and Procession at Corbett’s followed by a special guest performance at MSA Annex, plus the Mega Mixer Kick Off on Monday featuring live music, food, drinks, networking and an in-depth preview of the exciting week to come.
The Impact Conference takes place November 7–9 at the Tucson Convention Center, which will cover the themes of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship to help business leaders, artists, community builders, innovative thinkers and more gain knowledge and inspiration to take with them into their careers.
The conference will feature keynotes from Alexandra Rosen (GoDaddy), Dante Lauretta (Osiris-Rex), Joe O’Connell (Creative Machines), Shaylin Jyotishi (Forbes, New America), Erin Boyd (Culdesac), Dr Lakeysha Hallmon (The Village Market), and more, along with the 6th Annual IdeaFunding Pitch Competition for over $75,000 in total prizes. Guests will also get to attend breakout sessions on a wide range of topics such as: AI, Tech, Workforce Development, Economic Development, Media, Arts, Music, Marketing, Investing, Leadership and more.
Each night of the conference will wrap up with a TENWESTx after-hour event, including NOAH GUNDERSEN with Zander Hawley at 191 Toole, Silvana Estrada and Jenny & The Mexicats at Hotel Congress and the IdeaFunding After Party at Owls Club. On Friday, November 10, TENWEST will conclude with a Closing Brunch at Playground Rooftop.
