Oktoberfest & A Few Beer-Centric Events You Won’t Want to Miss

Wait no lager, Oktoberfest has landed in Phoenix. Check out some of the special events below to celebrate all things fall!

Four Peaks Oktoberfest 

Four Peaks Brewing has been serving up this celebration for over half a century. This year at Tempe Town Lake, guests of all ages can enjoy the weekend-long extravaganza that begins October 11. Live music will play from two stages with numerous musical guests, including headliners Black Moods and Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers. German food, drinks, games, carnival rides, dancing, and more mean there is fun for everyone. Plus, admission is free on Sunday, October 13!

The celebration will include a social media voting challenge where one brat will be named the 2024 Signature Brat of the Year. Instagram followers will take part in the poll of the ‘Four Peaks Brewing Kilt Lifter Beer Brat’ with the award-winning Chef Nicholas Hyche of Der Wurst Hot Dogs. Oktoberfest at The Park with O.H.S.O

O.H.S.O Brewing is hosting its first annual Oktoberfest. With a pre-purchased ticket for $40 or a day-of ticket for $50, each guest will receive a punch card for four 9-oz. beers and a choice of sauerbraten or bratwurst served with cabbage, potato salad or potato chips. OktoberWest – a Kierland After Dark Event

Dance into the night wearing your best country wear for The Westin Kierland’s OktoberWest Festival. On October 5 from 6 to 10 p.m., attendees can expect live performances and a DJ, mechanical bull-riding, line dancing, and two-stepping on Pittman Lawn. Pedal Haus Oktoberfest

Across the Valley Pedal Haus will host Oktoberfest celebrations at the Downtown Phoenix, Chandler, and Tempe locations on October 5 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Each location will have live music, special promotions, an Oktoberfest food menu, and a German beer menu. Guests can take part in stein-holding or sausage-eating competitions throughout the day. Brat Haus Oktoberfest

This Old Town Scottsdale European-inspired beer garden will host two days of events where guests will “Eat, Drink and Be Merry.” On October 5 and 6, Brat Haus will serve traditional Bavarian food with a firkin tapping from Goldwater Brewing hosted by Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega. During the celebration, there will be four different contests: Das Brat Eating, Stein Holding, Lederhosen & Drindl and Badass Beard. Admission is $10 for one day and $15 for both days. Postino Winecafé

Celebrate Oktoberfest with Postino until October 31. Guests can order a draft pitcher of Sierra Nevada’s limited-release Oktoberfest Festbier paired with Postino guest favorite “Nick’s Board,” with a soft pretzel, Italian sausage, Spanish pork link, pimento cheese, Peruvian corn nut, drop pepper, and packo pickle for $27.
