The Cocktail Carnival happens on March 1, at the newly renovated Arizona Center in Downtown Phoenix. This vibrant event promises a high-energy atmosphere, featuring brand showcases, immersive displays, and interactive experiences designed to captivate and inspire. Attendees will be able to sample over 30 expertly crafted cocktails, all included with the ticket.

Top Bars takes place on March 2 at Warehouse 215. This annual cocktail-tasting event brings together over 40 of the world’s best cocktail bars in a pop-up format. Bars from places like London, Japan, and Hong Kong – and here in our own backyard – will showcase their signature cocktails.

The excitement culminates on March 3 with The Last Slinger Standing, an intense bartending competition held at the Republic National Distilling Company. Sixteen of Arizona’s top mixologists will compete in a series of head-to-head battles, with rounds featuring surprise ingredients. A panel of esteemed cocktail experts will judge each round until the last “slinger” remains, crowned the 2025 champion.

Arizona Cocktail Weekend will highlight participating bars and restaurants across the state for the second consecutive year. This statewide participation allows cocktail lovers to experience the craft of mixology beyond Phoenix, with venues offering unique cocktails made with spirits from event sponsors. Sign-up is free for Arizona bars, creating an inclusive experience for locals and visitors alike.

Tickets for Arizona Cocktail Weekend events begin at $40, with prices varying depending on the event and date of purchase. Whether you’re attending the carnival, sampling drinks from world-class bars, or witnessing the thrill of bartending competitions, Arizona Cocktail Weekend offers something for everyone.
