The North Pole Experience is back in Flagstaff, bringing a delightful dose of Christmas magic to Arizona families. Now in its 16th year, this family-owned and operated holiday attraction offers an immersive experience like no other. From now until December 24, families can board a trolley that leads them straight to the heart of Santa’s Grand Workshop – a “400-year-old marvel at the heart of the North Pole.”
“We’ve been busy checking the ‘Naughty & Nice’ list, and I’m excited to say we’re ready to welcome families to my official workshop,” Santa Claus shared. “There are plenty of jolly surprises this year, including one special surprise that I can’t wait for visitors to discover.”
The adventure begins and ends at the Little America Hotel, where guests are transported through a magical portal aboard an enchanted trolley. Families with kids – and kids-at-heart – will be the first to see Santa’s latest surprise in his toy-making factory with new interactive elements; check out a heartwarming showcase of Santa’s most iconic toys from the last century, tour the first-ever workshop where Christmas magic was born, and become an honorary elf in Santa’s Assembly Room and help create toys for children around the world.
Drinks and snacks will be plentiful, thanks to Mrs. Claus! Attendees get to stop by her bakery for a cup of hot cocoa and famous Yetti-O mini doughnuts while enjoying the company of dancing elves, then check out Elf University to learn the secrets of how Santa’s sleigh flies.
Guests will also get a chance to write and send their Christmas wishes directly to Santa in the mail room, plus get a top-secret look at the famous sleigh – Mission Control – and even meet Rudolph and some of Santa’s reindeer. Each family will also enjoy a private visit with Santa, complete with complimentary digital photos and a special gift for every child.
“We’re excited to bring new layers of magic to the North Pole Experience this year,” Creator and Founder Scott Pace said. “The Toy Factory Experience has something brand new for 2024, and Elf University has some new interactive elements as well. And as Santa mentioned – there’s a big surprise waiting that we can’t wait for families to see!”
Guests can choose from a daytime experience, running from 7:50 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., or an evening experience from 3:50 p.m. to 9 p.m. in November and December.
