One of Phoenix’s most treasured architectural gems, The Pemberton, is celebrating its grand re-opening on March 14. Located on Roosevelt Row, the space has been redeveloped to offer an out-of-this-world experience where culture, history, art, music and dining collide.
A playground of creativity, The Pemberton caters to intimate gatherings or large-scale events. Throughout the experience guests will awaken their senses as they journey through 12+ uniquely themed outdoor rooms, sip on expertly crafted cocktails, savor worldly inspired cuisine, watch performances from local musicians, and peruse art installations from over 100 artists.
“I love Phoenix, I love the Valley, I love Arizona and I wanted to provide a ‘gift’ to the community – a place where everyone feels welcome and all walks of life can enjoy and escape the negativity in the world,” Creator Jonathon Vento said.
The meticulously designed themed areas will transport guests from the sun-soaked charm of an Italian Beach Club to the gritty, neon-lit back-alleys of the 1980s New York music scene, the elegance of a classic French park bistro and more.
Set amidst a lush landscape of 1,000 trees, including fragrant orange, peach and lemon trees, guests can enjoy the view and 1960s-inspired cocktails at the cheeky Palm Springs-themed trailer as well as at nine other fun bars spread throughout the property. A wide-ranging selection of menu items complete the experience, including dishes like elote deviled eggs, pretzel bites, flatbreads, sliders and more.
The Pemberton will be open Wednesday from 4 to 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Live music will be performed regularly throughout the week. For more, visit thepemberton.com.
