What’s new at Verde at Cooley Station?

Verde at Cooley Station, a dynamic and walkable center in Gilbert, announced the addition of three new tenants set to open their doors this spring: Stella’s Ice Cream, SHATERA Mediterranean Cuisine, and Command Cycle Studio. These new businesses will enhance the diverse range of offerings already available, continuing the center’s commitment to providing a variety of options for the community.

Stella’s Ice Cream will open its doors in April. Established by Chad and Brittney Hartley, the ice cream shop is named after their cherished bulldog, Stella. Known for its handcrafted ice cream and fresh baked pastries, Stella’s has locations across Idaho, Texas, and now Arizona.

Shatera Mediterranean Cuisine brings a taste of the Mediterranean to Verde at Cooley Station. The name “shatera” means “sandwich” and the restaurant is dedicated to offering a variety of authentic flavors, whether it’s falafel, hummus, shawarma, or kababs.

Command Cycle Studio, the latest addition to the Coach Pain Academy family, is now open. This cutting-edge indoor cycling studio is designed for fitness enthusiasts looking for intense workouts in a motivating, community-driven environment.

These new tenants join an already impressive lineup of businesses at Verde at Cooley Station, including Blu Seafood, Brass Trap, Cookie Co., Crust Simply Italian, Decadent Macaron, Frostails Korean Dessert House, Hash Kitchen, Island Fin Poke, Origen, Sip & Shop, Sneaky Bird, Vitality Bowls, Skinfinity Medspa, Reece Bath + Kitchen and more.

Verde at Cooley Station is also kicking off a series of exciting events this spring, providing fun activities for all ages and interests. Whether you’re looking for a fitness class, family-friendly entertainment, or a night out, there’s something for everyone at this vibrant center in Gilbert.

Playdate on the Green on April 8 promises a fun-filled Easter celebration. Families can enjoy Easter egg hunts at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., as well as crafts, activities, music, a bounce house, and springtime photo opportunities.

Market & Music will be held on April 10 and April 24 from 5-8 p.m. Verde at Cooley Station has transformed its acoustic nights into an exciting vendor market, featuring unique products from area businesses. One of these events will also include an “egg hunt” for tenant deals.

Moonlit Movie on the Green on April 18 is the perfect way to wind down with a free outdoor movie night. Starting at dusk, around 7 p.m., the center will be screening Disney’s Mufasa, offering a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all ages.
