And the winner is… *insert drumroll*
AZ Foothills tenth-annual Face of Foothills Model Search contest, came to a climactic close on Saturday, January 4. After more than six months of competition (including packed casting calls, round after round of online voting and intense judging panels), 20 contestants plus their families and friends gathered on the Camelback Overlook Deck at Scottsdale’s stunning Mountain Shadows Resort to find out who the 2020 winners would be.
Partygoers mingled to music by DJ Soloman while enjoying mind-blowing magic from Eric Giliam and photo booth fun from Crazy Shotz Photography. The party décor was poppin’ thanks to local entertainment experts, Bubble Hustle who created a super cool balloon install and Honeysblooms with a gorgeous hand-crafted, life-sized floral display. The evening culminated in the announcement of the year, eighteen-year-old Ava Cashman was named the 2020 Face of Foothills and seventeen-year-old Annastasia Stock as Teen Face of Foothills. Ten-year-old London (aka Lolo) Gerodias, who was crowned during Fashion Week 4 Kids, will join them.
Ava, Anna and Lolo will all appear in an upcoming issue of Arizona Foothills Magazine while Ava will grace the cover along with a six-page fashion spread inside. She will also appear on the header of azfoothills.com for a full year. All three winners also receive a cash prize and VIP event appearance throughout their reign.
