The leading real estate developer Creation, announced its new project located in the heart of Queen Creek called The Switchyard. The new development is a $120 million mixed-use project that includes 54,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and office space.
The gorgeous new development will sit on 10 acres of land on the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads. The project’s architecture and design will be helmed by the award-winning Dallas-based design firm GFF Design. The Switchyard’s construction will be managed by LGE Design Build, one of the Southwest’s premier design-build construction firms.

Creation has already announced two of its future food and beverage tenants: Postino and The Porch. Postino is a Valley favorite with over eight other locations across Arizona. The Switchyard location will offer the same delicious wines and bites in 3,800 square feet. With three other Valley locations, The Porch is also an Arizona favorite. This retro-inspired neighborhood restaurant will include pub food, cocktails, games and plenty of TVs to watch the latest game. The pub-style restaurant will include an expansive outdoor patio and will sit on 11,900 square feet.
