Have you ever wanted to look like classic Hollywood beauty Marilyn Monroe? Well, now you can.
In partnership with Authentic Brands Group LLC, MAC Cosmetics is celebrating Marilyn Monroe’s legacy and iconic beauty with a limited edition color cosmetics collection.
The limited edition collection of about 30 pieces, including eye shadows, lipsticks, nail lacquers and eyeliners, will be priced between $15 and $27. The Authentic Brands Group acquired the intellectual property of Marilyn Monroe LLC in January 2011.
“Marilyn’s an icon, plain and simple. Her look not only defined a generation but also is relevant today,” MAC senior vp James Gager told The Hollywood Reporter.
Although a preview of the collection has yet to become available, I think we can expect a lot of classic ’50s fire engine red and hot pink.
The line will launch at MAC stores worldwide this October.
