People Magazine has released its 2010 Best Dressed Awards, and I must say, I’m a little surprised. I’m not aware of how the critics behind the magazine choose their faves, but I personally would have a brand new list of winners for my own Top 10 Best Dressed. Agree or disagree?

Jessica Alba: I can actually agree with People on this one. Jessica Alba always dons a sophisticated wardrobe that showcases her own unique style.
Lea Michele: The 24-year-old “Glee” star has been killing it on the red carpet lately. Kudos to the stylist!
Zoe Saldana: The gal behind the “Avatar” getup is surprisingly fashionable. Zoe Saldana, 32, always looks chic and classy.
Olivia Palermo: It’s no wonder Olivia from “The City” has made the list… She works in fashion! But she does pick forward-thinking looks and always looks the runway part.
Kate Middleton: Prince William’s fiancé made the cut… Random! The 28-year-old longtime girlfriend of Britain’s Prince does have a noticeable elegance (and it seems only appropriate for a soon to be Princess) that makes her worthy of the award.
Rachel Bilson: “The OC” star struts the streets of Hollywood in hipster-chic outfits looking trendy and creative.
Diane Kruger: The 34-year-old German now actress must have received some great fashion tips from her modeling days. She boasts couture that could be seen straight from the catwalk and even does her own makeup and styling!
Jennifer Aniston: I. personally, wouldn’t recognize Jennifer Aniston as a fashion icon. But she does have her own girl next door, All-American style going on. Plus, she has a fantastic figure which makes her look great in most anything.
Rihanna: With how many times Rhianna makes the fashion disasters list, I am shocked to find her in the Top 10 Best Dressed list. Sure, she is creative and brings her own look to the table, but sometimes it veers toward the tacky side, in my opinion.
Gwen Stefani: Probably the coolest mom in Hollywood, Gwen Stefani, 40, not only rocks a hip and eccentric style, but she also has her own and popular line–L.A.M.B.
